Our story starts in the 1960s, when my grandparents met while working for another jeweler in Bangkok. Recognising a shared passion and a shared vision, they made the decision to leave and build something of their own — a company founded on trust, precision, and an unwavering standard of craftsmanship.
In 1975, they opened their own office, beginning as traders of precious stones. Over the years, their honesty and expertise earned them deep trust within Bangkok's jewelry industry — one of the most competitive and demanding gem markets in the world. It wasn't long before that trust evolved into something more: the crafting of custom, high-end jewelry pieces, made specifically for each client.
That legacy passed to my uncle and my mother, who carried the family's tradition forward — refining the craft, deepening our roots in Bangkok's gem district, and upholding the same standards of trust and quality that my grandparents built the company on.
Now, as the third generation, I'm honoured to carry this story forward — bringing our family's decades of craftsmanship and trust to Singapore, under the name Maison Sangmanee.
Every piece we create still draws on the same relationships, the same eye for stones, and the same standard of care that our family has held since 1975.
